My work is dedicated entirely to memoir and non-fiction, offering an honest look at life's complexities and the personal journey of navigating pain and discovery. My goal is to create stories and reflections that stay with you long after you turn the final page.

A Little About My Journey

My path to writing began when I was thirteen years old. It wasn't about publishing—it was about survival. I started writing poems to process and deal with my pain. That deep, personal connection to emotion and the unflinching commitment to authenticity is the fuel for everything I create today, lending heart and honesty to every story I share.

When I'm not writing, my creativity simply shifts gears. You can usually find me either crafting new drink recipes—each one thoughtfully named after my personal experiences—or diving into various crafts. These real-life explorations of flavor, color, and texture remind me that even the simplest moments hold profound meaning.

What I'm Working On Now

I'm thrilled to announce that my memoir, Rainey's Sips and Secrets, is currently in the publication process—stay tuned for details! I'm also deep into writing my next work, Coffee Lies, and developing the companion Coffee Lies Podcast. I can't wait to share these experiences and insights with you.
